+ Incredibly skilled senior salesmen.
+ Huge inventory
+ Lots of back end products lined up to sell.
+ Efficient streamlined process
+ Decent commission
Cons
- High turn over rate
- Sink or swim environment for any new comers.
- Outdated laggy technology used to log customers.
- Don't expect very much training. As I said, it's mainly sink or swim. You can't remember their convoluted process to a T? Expect to get reprimanded.
- Too many salesmen. Offices are doubled up with two to three per office and they lied about initial promise for individual offices. It changed from "Yes, of course you'll have your own office!" to "Oh we're building them soon." which was a red flag.
Good work environment. Everyone is friendly and cheerful.
Cons
Pay. If you do not work in sales, do not expect to be paid well. You will work two or three times harder than the sales people, but they will walk all over you and reap the benefits. As successful as this business is, you would think that they would pay all of their employees well.
