Pros

Evolving technical culture, still trying to find its feet in some ways and maturing in many others. Strong emphasis on trying to the right thing by customers whilst bringing systems up to current standards. Getting better at having strong diverse backgrounds across all aspects of development. More focussed.

Cons

Has been victim of tech bubble contraction, reliant on some big hitter customers which can mean a slower cycle. Company is growing-up and evolving.

Pros

* Culture: they prioritised employee empathy, mental health, teamwork, and building an inclusive environment. * Career growth potential. Lots of colleagues were promoted during my time there (including myself) * Leadership were mature and "had been there and done it before". It felt like they were a very capable team.

Cons

* It could be slow-paced at times. * The product was good but complicated which made it a difficult sell. The marketing needed some work (looks like this has changed now).
