Worst Hr services and people in hr. Only reception area is good in infrastructure rest of the company is made with an worst sense of material and design Fires the trainees due to personal issues. You have to sign a 3 yr bond plus 2 months notice period.It seems like an jail when u work thr. No food hygenie.no tea or coffee facillity.worst canteen with worst vendor. Very bad technical knowledge of process managers and team leads.They only know how to play candy crush on mobiles and crack their meaningless jokes and start laughing on them themself. For whole day they make u sit free.when u pack bags to go home.they assign u work.no shift limit.it could reach upto 2 am in night.without any extra allowances like food or cab facility to drop at night incase u get late.specially for girls. Lower wprking standards.no social life.u cant open ur personal stuff on company system. U cant hear songs U cant talk on mobile. No proper meeting room. No trainings given to freshers.they deduct salary of freshers on the name of training fees. They dont approve leaves untill u are strongly ill or dead. All saturday are working though they say 2 are off but they still call u on those also without compensation No increment policy.max 4000 increment in 10 months. They keep an check of 2 lakhs signed by u whn u join. The worst sections are BD and php departments. They dont have good projects.They pickup outsourced projects further from freelance developers of other companies on odesk or freelancer like websites. The environment is political where only those people can survive who know how to keep their TLs or PMs happy.others will cry there. Worst communication level of Team leads and managers.Worst english speaking skills.Many of them speak village language. They eat gutka and pan masala in working labs.

I had a little issue with organizational processes there, the work which used to carried out with two departments was not smooth. But I just heard a news 15 days back that the company has been now CMMI Level 3, hopefully there won't be any problems now with organizational process. This is no exact con but most of the people in above reviews pointed this out, I would really not bother about two saturdays off as we used to get there one casual leave in a month and timing were flexible.
