      One of the best companies to work for in the industry, especially around matters of personal safety and sanitation.

      Pros

      I'll never work with a greater group of colleagues. I made lifelong friends here. I also had great opportunities for advancement, although not everyone did.

      Cons

      The upper management is inept, and is unwilling to act swiftly and decisively on issues of moral importance.

      Super interesting work environment, never a dull day The Armory is an incredible office to work out of day in and day out Production team is super skilled and a wonderful group of individuals

      Pay is low considering all of the demands of the job Little communication from upper management No job security
