Self centered manager that barely showed up, and when he showed up maybe once a week on time the rest was always around 2-3pm. His first introduction to us was that we were all "replaceable" He left once on a busy Saturday to go dirtbiking with his friends, came back right at close in slides and shorts to close and left Multiple times of taking days off on vacation back out days. He now manages the newest "flagship store"... Good luck! Also the commission is an absolute joke, smaller stores make $500 plus commission every two weeks with some topping over $1000 dollars. Meanwhile the "flagship store" you make .004 percent.... That's $12 dollars every $3000 dollars you sell in your ZONE. Absolute joke of a company and a joke of a store.

Management is inconsitent, high tunrover due to lack of follow thru, they talk about rah rah rah! we want your good ideas, but then they ignore or worse, crap on you when you make a suggestion instead of thinking about it they say the schedule is flex but then tell you there are 50 other people who want your job if you don't or can't work on a weekend
