      Pros

      Great atmosphere, smart and friendly people, and a fast-paced environment that keeps work interesting. I’ve been here for a year and it honestly went by very quickly. Even though I work long hours sometimes, I genuinely enjoy what I do and feel motivated from within, not because someone forces me. Management notices hard work, appreciates initiative, and gives employees opportunities to grow professionally.

      Cons

      The company moves very fast, so it may not fit everyone. You need to react quickly, adapt to changes, and be comfortable with a dynamic work style. Work-life balance can sometimes be challenging during busy periods.
