      Pros

      Before they turned into cyncly it was a fantastic company who cared about its employees

      Cons

      Since being bought out by an investment company and they do not care about their employees one bit. They’ve have made hundreds of redundancies moving teams over to other countries for cheaper labour. When our country is in a financial crisis they are making their hard working employees jobless.

      I’ve been with the company for a little over a year now, and it’s been an incredibly rewarding experience. I feel genuinely valued as an employee and have the privilege of working under an exceptional manager who leads with empathy, clarity, and trust. What stands out most is how much the organization cares — not just in words, but in real, tangible actions. From the way management communicates to how decisions are made, it's clear that employee well-being and growth are a priority. It’s also an exciting time to be part of this company. We’re growing fast, and while that comes with the usual challenges, it also brings a lot of energy, opportunity, and room to make an impact. If you’re looking for a place where you can learn, contribute meaningfully, and feel supported while doing it, this is a great place to be.

      As with any fast-growing company, there are some growing pains — things can move quickly and not everything is perfectly structured yet. But the energy and openness to improvement make it manageable.
