      Very Small and risky environment.

      Pros

      They Do not have proper planning. They run like small store. No Higher Management No Single Benefit including Medical No Proper Incentive plan. No Hr Policy. Very Important ** Do not have a single Client Surprise Firing. They are taking a risk to hire a good people and run small company. Boss attitude is good but not worth.

      Cons

      I bet you if you join this company by any chance. You will be resign with in one month or two month.

      Enjoy working and have enjoyed working for past 3 yrs. We met our goals to close 35 positions for US Defense agencies that involve High Level security clearance

      Need more training sessions to enhance management skills
