      Pros

      Young team, very creative, flex hours as needed, very active place after hours. good benefits, and free beers!!!

      Cons

      lack of diverse projects, most of them were commercial office buildings while i was working there. now is different I believe commute from philly not great

      Pros

      Generally great coworkers and cool projects! Impressive workflow structure which encourages teamwork.

      Cons

      Lack of mentorship and diversity. At times is run like a "design mill." Nepotism rampid. High turn over.

      Pros

      The project managers are helpful and the overall culture is nice.

      Cons

      Don't give equal pay for equal work. Alot of micro-management. The owners don't provide 401k benefits, competitive bonuses, profit cuts for bringing in projects or employees and they suck up the profit sharing through their inefficiency. Some designers are making 80k while project architects make 60k. Frequently asked to sacrifice personal life to make unrealistic deadlines set by the owners.
