Pros
Running out of these. It used to be a good job, great pay, but Dan blew it.
Cons
You only work 8 - 9 months of the year, and even then, it's sporadic. DAS has only one customer, McDonald's. That's all Dan wants. One customer. If there are enough hours, he'll burn you out. And if they're aren't, he'll fight you tooth and nail when you file for unemployment. All in all, him and Doug Hanson (Co-CEO) only care about themselves, screw everything else having to do with the company. No health insurance, no paid vacation, no paid time off of any kind. You're basically a contractor, but ADP told him he couldn't keep any of us as contractors.
