Free lunch provided every Monday. Plenty of parking.

Poor executive management, CEO micro-manages & seems to trust no one; does not know how to manage people nor should he as CEO but still does; manages by fear & demands. The Sales-team (Regional/outside vs local/inside) not set-up properly. Constant changes in accounts, commission plans, solutions, etc. Nothing is fun here. Maybe slap some paint color on the wall & that'll wake people up! Very poor morale, overall here. Probably the worst overall culture I've ever experienced. This SHOULD be a great company with very useful tools & easy-to-sell solutions though it's been mismanaged for so long that customers have gone elsewhere.

Middle management individuals are extremely talented. People are loyal to the company.

Cons

Current selling practices are not working. Upper management is very one sided and not open to new ideas.
