Pros

Good coworkers and good location. Bonuses are sometimes available. Flexible-ish hours.

Cons

High turnover for management on our team. Not much opportunity for growth Customer support was treated as a catchall for projects that no one else wanted to do--or that they wouldn't want to hire for. Out-of-touch management

Pros

Laid-back environment. Fun downtown location. Good co-workers.

Cons

Inexperienced management. High employee turnover rate. Frequent layoffs. Job insecurity. When combined this created a really stressful work environment.

Pros

I love the industry and Daz has some incredible products. That said, they are focused way more on sexualizing their products than they were when they became an industry leader. You can argue that it's necessary to stay relevant in this industry, but they previously had a reputation for not diving so heavily into sex themes.

Cons

Employees are not a priority. Layoffs/firings are a normal occurrence and nobody feels safe in their position. Of course, that's something that can never be discussed openly, so it's all discussed offline. Managers make you feel alienated, under-appreciated, and easily replaceable, even when you're working well into the night (another regular occurrence). I left the company a few years back, but I still think back on how bad that environment was and how grateful I am that I left.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate your honesty and are sorry to hear about your negative experience at our company. We take all feedback seriously and are committed to creating a positive work environment for all employees. Regarding the issues you raised, we want to clarify that we have made strides in distancing ourselves from only providing sexualized content. As you stated, you left the company a few years back, so you aren't aware of our developments in this area. We, like many companies in the tech industry have had to conduct recent layoffs. We did the best we could to take care of the employees who left in this unfortunate circumstance. We have also made many strides in our employee recognition, and will continue to do so. Unfortunately, not having been employed with the company for a few years, you haven't been able to see our improvements. We understand that this may have been a misunderstanding and we apologize for any confusion. At our company, we value transparency and open communication, and we are always looking for ways to improve. We have taken steps to address the issue you raised and are committed to ensuring that all employees feel heard and supported. Thank you again for your feedback, and we wish you all the best in your future endeavors. Latonya Howell VP of People & Culture
