      34 hour weeks Won’t see managers Work in great industry Get pts/shunters quals and you can jump ship for better money elsewhere (35k gbrf 32 hour weeks, 38k-40k freightliner)

      26500 when training Goes up to just shy of 30k - less than average wage for a safety critical job Made to feel you owe them for employing you Company will go bust in next 5 years Rather recruit street to seat than within. Go gbrf or freight liner.

      The mentor drivers and Shunters are great

      Cons

      Management were shambolic they recruited too many with no infrastructure to train properly. One manager on the way out another just in with no experience or knowledge that would openly bad mouth staff with an open door and to make matters worse never returned a single call/text to manage their new recruits effectively.
