When you look up the meaning of what a dysfunctional company is, DBSI wears the crown with pride! Poor Communication, Lack of Transparency, Toxic Leadership, Low Morale and Productivity, Extremely High Turnover (someone quits or gets fired at least once a week), Lacks Integrity, Favoritism and Lack of Recognition, Overworked and Stressed Out, No Work/Life balance, No room for growth (unless you’re brown-nosing or know the executives personally). Everyone in the company knows your personal business, nothing is ever kept confidential. There are so many backstabbing employees working at DBSI… you can’t trust anyone! And you can’t report anything to HR at this company because HR is an absolute joke! I could go on and on about this company, but the reality is they are aware of the employees concerns and complaints and still choose to do nothing about it. DBSI will continue to lose valuable employees and clients if they continue on this path.

Pay is way under job skill and responsibility. A lot of turnover over the last year. Each organization works independent of others. Lots of silos. Finger pointing and lots of politics.
