      Some good people to work with. Innovative. Financially savvy

      Cons

      Not a pleasant working experience. Pressure causes health issues. No interest in staff welfare other than meeting legal minimums. Rewards lower than similar companies.

      None. They are a terrible employer.

      Cons

      It's a company run by two nepo-baby brothers who use the company as their personal bank account - everything, including salaries, is run to make them as much money as possible so they can buy another sports car, whilst employee welfare, quality of service, even regulatory compliance, all go out the window.

      Placements are one year, you are given authority over large projects. Placements can be as varied as you want. Lots of good experience to lean on for the future.

      Cons

      You don't feel too connected to DCC. Not complete agency over where you placements are.
