Be warned that if you work in a market outside of Germany, they are all in a very early start-up phase. This means that you will become a glorified business development executive regardless of your skill set.
The company also currently operates in a Beta management structure, which means you are effectively being managed and judged by the rest of your team. Some of which may be much more junior than yourself and they will run the rule over whether to keep you employed. Effectively anyone who has passed their probation period is in a position of high power no matter their skill set or industry experience, their position of power is subconsciously exerted via tonality of emails and face to face conversations, you will recognise it when you experience it. It's quite frankly embarrassing for all party's.
If you are applying for a job in a market outside of Germany, my advice to you is to ask the interviewer how many employees that have left or been sacked, it's also important to ask yourself whether the interviewer even works in your market (excluding anybody on an exchange), if not then this is not a good sign. Keep this conversation in mind prior to accepting or rejecting any offer.
