I genuinely do not have a single good thing to say about DCV Technologies. My short time with this company was an unmitigated disaster, and I strongly advise anyone considering joining them to look elsewhere.
From the outset, the lack of basic resources was appalling. We were a team sharing a single Recruiter license, and when the suggestion of getting Recruiter Lite came up, we were told we'd have to pay for it ourselves and claim it back – a clear sign of their unwillingness to invest in their staff.
Trust is clearly a foreign concept at DCV. The need to CC all senior management on communications with hiring managers due to a pervasive distrust of staff created an incredibly frustrating and inefficient environment.
Getting paid was nothing short of a nightmare and The constant unprofessionalism was equally draining.
Beyond the operational issues, the working conditions were simply unsuitable. Old technology, no air conditioning, and uncomfortable workspaces made the office an unpleasant environment.
This is just a small sample of the issues I encountered in my brief time there. DCV Technologies is a company that lacks basic tools, trust in its employees, a functional payroll system, and professional leadership. Do yourself a favour and avoid DCV Technologies at all costs.
