The report should reference valid and recognised sources such as: •⁠ ⁠Job advertisements •⁠ ⁠Salary surveys •⁠ ⁠Industrial awards •⁠ ⁠Market insights •⁠ ⁠And any other acceptable sources commonly used to support a 482 visa sponsorship case.

      Employee experiences vary on team/department, however, generally a very corporate and perfectionist structure with strong emphasis on targets. At times, sightly clicky and passive aggressive in management style.
