Pros

Colleagues at analyst level are very intelligent and helpful. Good friend and network building amongst fellow analyst. CFO was very approachable & intelligent.

Cons

Too much of a bullying culture, seen fellow grown adult being bullied for being 5 min late to the office by the FD. FD for reporting is a nightmare to work for especially for female colleagues, surprised there hasn’t been a sexual harassment case or a me to movement of some sort. Hours are long but this okay as it is more of a team effort , however too many cancelled evenings than I would of liked

Pros

Really nice people, especially senior management, family feeling, transparency in problem solving, lots of company trainings, food and night out events

Cons

Zero induction, imbalanced amount of projects, systems are not automated (lots of manual work), lack of team work, skills are not fully utilised, salary and benefits are not great on a junior level
