      NONE absolutely none at all. He tells his staff to leave positive reviews but threatens them too!

      you will be screamed at, called stupid, useless, have things snatched from your hands, tossed at you. The CEO likes to make sexual gestures with his hands, he screams on the top of his lungs, hes racist. He has made homophobic remarks, calling my coworker gay, fat. trans, pulling his eyes back in a slanted way, and the worst of it is hes pre-demential, he will tell you to do something, then ask you why your doing it and scream at you for not doing your job. there is no winning here at all! He will also fire you for no reason, just bc he feels like it and suspend your raise bc the company is struggling. I have seen it all!

      lol literally no pros what a nightmare of a place

      kurken is extremely inappropriate. he behaves like someone put in a jar and shaken real hard. I was there for three days and was dismissed for "incompetence". like another review said, they prey on low income families and the homeless. Worst of all, they speak terribly of their tenants behind their backs, calling them crazy and saying they can't be trusted. I hope this company crashes and burns.

      None. Run far away from this company.

      Cons

      Owner is demeaning, will scream at you and threaten to fire you. He asks if you're stupid and even though youre an EA he referrs to you as a secretary. He says everyone should be able to do every job which is insane because this is a construction company that builds large scale apartments. They prey on low income areas that use section 8 and only to the are minimum to keep the buildings in OK shape, not decent even just OK. Run as fast as you can if you get an email from them. You will regret it.
