Pros
Wonderful work environment with very little "micro-managing". I love the atmosphere of having faith in employees to get the job done and to be confident in doing so. The ability to prove oneself and to have underlying - the tools to what it takes without question is a great asset to an employee's peace of mind!
Cons
Inter-departmental communication is a bit lacking.
