      No micromanaged - nothing else - nothing else

      Cons

      -Being trained wrong & getting retrained wrong -Discrimination to the max. -Underpaid & too many responsibilities. -Last minute to no communication. - if you pay for health insurance and didn’t work enough ours to pay for any portion, they have their attorney suing you for whatever balance they want.

      Favoritism is an issue. You have to be liked by managers and owners to be acknowledged.
