      Pros

      A great company with a vision for the future. Management is very growth-centric. Team members are friendly and approachable. DGPerry offers a lot of flexibility and great perks like Flex Fridays, generous PTO, a "dress for your day" policy, and free snacks/drinks. The firm is also very community minded and attends/sponsors a variety of community events. The company values feedback from bi-annual performance reviews as well as annual upward reviews.

      Cons

      Seasonal busyness varies based on IRS deadlines.

      Pros

      Bodine Perry is a great place to work that I would recommend to anyone. - Everyone is so supportive of one another. - Firm leaders have everyone's best interest at heart and want to see and help everyone grow in their roles and succeed. - The firm is definitely focused on continued growth, which provides so many opportunities for all employees. - They offer a ton of flexibility and generous time off. - I enjoy going to work every day - the people and the environment make all the difference.

      Great Work Environment

      Pros

      Staff is friendly and helpful. We all work together to get projects done. Having multiple offices with difference staff levels allows for a knowledge pool of information. More senior staff is offered Flex Fridays which allows staff to work from home or take time off, if they have enough PTO. Flow of communication within the office is good.

      Cons

      Consolidated software or using existing software for HR functions vs one for time entry and one for requesting time off. Health benefits could be better.
