      People seem to genuinely buy into growth potential.

      Cons

      Employees off to sell directv at costco. Very low base hourly wage with lies about how growth potential. This is a small company under "Smart Circle", but there is no mention of that during the whole process. Any in depth research of smart circle and their business structure is recommended.
