Daily verbal abuse, threats of violence against employees. Very scary environment. High turn over and low pay.

There's an emphasis on ownership and problem solving and employees who are proactive and adaptable tend to do well.
Cons
Because the company is scaling and operating in a complex industry, priorities can shift quickly. This can be challenging for people who prefer very rigid structure.
