      Pros

      To be honest, it is an employee friendly company. Employees would be given enough space to get their output. Of course the workload would be huge but the environment will not make employees bearing the burden.

      Cons

      I dont have any cons to mention. But as a suggestion I can recommend a cab facility to the employees.
