      Pros

      The people were great to work with, always willing to help. The engineering team was constantly working on new product ideas or ways to help accommodate customer needs. They would bring our sales team in 3x's a year for sales meetings and we could meet with operations, customer service, do hands on training.

      Cons

      Coming from a non - loading dock and door background, it was a lot of information to train and learn the products at first.
