Corporate team actually cares about the people who work for them. They go out of their way to do the right thing for their employees and it makes this company feel different than other contractors. Leadership Team is a pleasure to work for - and they always want to hear new ideas and are very positive people. Cons
Nothing about the company itself but the Government Contracting world in general can be a chaotic at times, being at the whim of the government changes makes this a really good field for people who like challenges and being pushed to think of new ways to look at a problem.
