Not really any at all. I meet some great people that are no longer with the company. There are also some beautiful "business babies" now from inter office/company relationships.
Cons
Too many to list. No benefits, no vacation, managed poorly, bro-atmosphere, to advance you have to be "the chosen one" or recklessly party, no moral compass for company, and you work 60-70 hrs a week or you are penalized (not sure how that's legal)
I would never recommend this business to anybody.
The work environment is great! Make genuine and lasting friendships. After working at this company for over a year, I gained experience in so many different roles that I wouldn't have gained otherwise. Learned sales, marketing, training, interviewing, public speaking, networking...etc....I gained a lot of confidence in myself.
Cons
It takes hard work and dedication! Not a job for people that are looking to coast. In order to improve, you do have to dedicate time outside of the office which can cut down in personal life.
