Misleading company identity with poor benefits and policies
Pros
The DMS group misrepresents themselves as either DEL Management Solutions which was sold to Tribe Management Inc, a Vancouver property technology in June 2024. No association with DEL Property Management; or latest ad job for Property Manager advertised under TRIDEL group of companies, "changing their tune" from DEL to TRIDEL. If they're misrepresenting themselves trying to attract future staff, think about what will happen if you elect to work for them? At the interview you should ask if they're part of DEL/TRIDEL, if they mislead you right there and then and you did your Google homework and know they're none of them, WALK AWAY!
Cons
Nothing far away commuting, no dental for 6 months, no RRSP-s, mediocre benefits after 3 months, no vacation allowed for 6 months, if you're sick or have family emergency you will get cut 1 or how many days you need from your gross salary. Weather turns bad in winter and you can't go to work, another gross 1 day cut from your salary. No work from home allowed, though everybody else in the company does that, except the commercial department.
