      Pros

      Creative staff knows their job. Some of the staff work long hours and present clients with new solutions for their products.

      Cons

      Management has no idea how to hire. They use the fire "at will" option each year without consequence. Never worked in such a caustic environment. Lacks leadership.

      Pros

      I am generally happy here. Benefits are pretty good. I like my team. Management treats me well - no huge egos. Good work/family balance. I get to work with larger clients. We seem to be landing a lot of new business! Good to see us growing!

      Cons

      None really. I do wish there were more fun agency events. (We went bowling last week - that was fun.)
