-a lot of negative work attitudes and complaining
-lackluster work that comes out of the agency (but they think it's amazing)

– Good clients (they know when to say no)

– Promotions and career growth came slow
– Work / Life balance was tough at times (mostly related to quick growth and understaffing because of it)
