Pros

As a European company the vacation is very generous. The 401K match up to 6% was also generous although it does not fully vest until year 3 (25% the first year, 50% the second year). Work life balance is good. My advice to entry level individuals: They are a good place to learn valuable skills for a couple of years but if you want to move up and earn more money you will have to move on. I appreciated the diversity and also many women in management roles.

Cons

I think the biggest con was a never-ending stream of business operational initiatives. Corporate priorities were constantly shifting which was terribly distracting and disruptive to the business. Fairly strong non-competes/NDAs are required and enforced in Massachusetts. Also: It is run by engineers with limited people skills and no sense of humor. So if you are an engineer, enjoy! And if you have a personality I would advise you to seek employment elsewhere.
