little to no micro management; hold a summit once a year for the team to travel to Ireland and get together

CEO needs to step back and distance himself from the business. He considers it a small ‘family run’ business so expect to be asked to do jobs which in no way relate to your role - e.g clean the office; lug hardware to a new office; pick up post etc Small team - no opportunity for scaled personal career growth. Vast discrepancy in bonuses and salary increases - some getting 2-3% and some 15-20%
