Our CS is good. Okish salaries (until your seat suddenly gets shaved).
Cons
Executive management, including old and new CEOs, can barely articulate a sound direction and product plan and communicate those back to the company. Repeated layoffs. Promotion of people with no domain, no functional competence into pointless leadership roles. Gossipy HR and not walking the talk on culture and values.
