DOXA/VANTAGE, now called after a recent merger with another company, encourages high-quality work and great communication. Even though I work remotely, I still feel part of a solid team. I love the clients and the work. An atmosphere of creativity and collaboration is encouraged.
Cons
I have recently had a baby and my living expenses have gone up. I asked for a raise and got one, but I still feel it is not enough. I don't think I will make sufficient money if I continue to work here.
- Exceptional support is given right off the bat! (They provide you with all the tools needed to start working from home i.e. laptop, keyboard, mouse, headphones)
- Great week-long training process to build confidence before you land your first client
- Follows PH Holidays so you'll never have to feel left out when your family/friends go out on a trip
- HMO benefits from Day 1
- Very competitive starting salary
- Support is still there even after starting with your client
Cons
- Only existing office in the PH is in Manila, which makes it harder for employees in the provinces to go to if/when needed
