      Pros

      Good management, company procedures simple and efficient. Management takes time to get to know talent, and will reward employees who do their job well with more responsibility and promotion. Great place to work during high school and college summers.

      Your experience is dependent on your pool assignment, but management will generally support you.

      Pros

      Good for lifeguarding experience, some pools are quiet, nice higher ups at times.

      Cons

      I was forced to work 7 days a week like the rest of their management team. Office politics are terrible. I was not granted FMLA for a medical emergency although I had been employed with them for years. My concerns were not taken seriously. They told me $19 an hour but only paid me $18 as a supervisor. (I made $17 as a guard) 2021 estimate. I have never felt so taken advantage of in my life by an employer.

      Supportive and flexible supervisors, will allow for flexibility with scheduling and provide the training that you need to complete the job.

      Cons

      Sometimes hard to get assigned to the pool you are looking to work at.
