      Pros

      DSI is a company with a family like culture. You get to connect and collaborate with others freely. If you're looking for growth, they practice what they preach, promote from within. I have several years with the company and look forward to many more.

      Pros

      Insurance, get to meet new people and help to develop them.

      Cons

      No works life balance. Poor managment and leadership from the top down. Things changes you can work from 40 to 60 hours a week with no additional pay. Strong supporter of DEI. Was basically told advancements would be based on your race, not you performance.

      Pros

      People care and treat each other like family Leadership is approachable and genuine Many different vertices within DSI Growth comes from within with a lot of internal promotions. But my favorite thing about DSI is how we move — not with pressure from a board or Wall Street, but collaboratively, with intention and integrity, at a pace that ensures we do things the best way we can. Shout out to our amazing CEO Doug Robison and his family for building such a unicorn.

      Cons

      The amount of travel depending on the role can be a lot. As a close knit, internal promotion driven company, many leadership roles might not be available to new employees.
