      Pros

      Friendly and approachable employees. Very transparent about working conditions, but not working shifts and only after you apply.

      Cons

      Very unpleasant experience when asking to use the restroom. They were for current employees only. I was told to go outside and walk a city block (Manhattan, NY) to go to a fast food restaurant and use theirs. You're not told the shift hours or who they sub-contract for until after applying. Tedious application process. Be prepared to spend 3 hours going through an app and orientation.
