      They drink alot. A real plus if you like to drink.

      Cons

      Leadership is a problem. Female management in this company will find a way to steal your ideas or make you look bad in order to get ahead and keep you down. Poor leadership led to a big layoff (over 10%) including some highly paid managers. Long term employees suffer from symptoms of only ever been at a small company and believe their home grown way is the only and most effective way to do anything. This is the mentality that dooms them the most. Also - a very catty and back biting group of women who keep the company from getting the advantages of new outside experience.

      Pros

      They have a few pros. They’re very strong at being deceptive to potential hires. Great marketing campaign to make candidates trust the company.

      Cons

      Office politics creates significant barriers to getting work done efficiently. Upper management is very clearly inexperienced in the industry, and also in management overall. You will be treated with kindness that is insincere, while being conspired against. Absolutely zero honesty, transparency, or integrity; particularly from upper management. Proceed with caution.
