      Pros

      I get on with practically everyone I work with, from juniors all the way to the founders of the business. I work on a variety of clients. I'm listened to.

      Cons

      We're expanding, which means there are teething issues - working out how things should happen as we get bigger, whilst retaining our great culture is tricky. On the plus side, I get to help work that out.

      * Great people all working towards the same goal * No egos - everyone is supportive of each other * Genuine opportunity to influence and shape the business from any level
