Pros

Amazing courses Very emotionally fulfilling working with clients

Cons

Greedy franchisee stifle growth of local operations. Running a franchise is morr about havkbg the money to invest than being the right kind of ambassador for the brand. Massive integrity issues with some franchisees. Local offices don't "walk the talk", they claim to teach best practice around building employee engagement but don't put their advice into practice in running their local operations.

Pros

Good product, although a little dated. Opportunity for lots of training within the role.

Cons

Big company image but in reality it's a series of small independent franchises that are run at the whim of the franchise owner. Massive turnover of staff (particularly on sales side of business is a constant issue) Globally the turnover so consultants/sales people is a disgrace for a so called leading training development company.

Pros

A few lovely staff Working from home some days

Cons

Odd place to work. The management team take no time in getting to know new employees, their way of working, and are completely out of touch with the sales process. At times it feels like they are all brainwashed by 'the principles' of the DC books and come across as someway robotic and cold, and it is a very 'cliquey' environment, especially for new employees. Felt a bit like a cult at times and if you show no desire to buy into the principles of the training methods, they are not interested in you as an employee. Extremely superficial working environment where everybody is 100% enthusiastic and lavishes praise about everybody at all times and it comes across as very disingenuous. For a company that prides itself in training others, there is 0 training structure for new starters and I was regularly told conflicting ways of working between one senior and the next, and left with no idea of what was expected of me on a daily basis. No car allowance which should be a given due to the extensive travelling.
