It all depends in what department you work for
Pros
employees and middle managers are typically fun to work with. I have experience middle mangers giving incentives to their employees when you help them out. there is some freedom at work
Cons
good luck ever getting a increase pay!! they like to give employee titles as promotions. (EX: I found out after several years working for the stars that new employees were getting a dollar hour more than me. I brought it up to management they said sorry and took them 2 months for the pay increase to come into effect and it was equal to the rookies.) this company does not care if you happy or not. "replace the dead wood" is their motto. High turnover rate of managers (EX: I worked in a department for 4 years and went through 4 managers. I spent most of time training them.) Never get your skates sharpened at the pro shop the turnover rate and the employees don't care. It's ridiculous you never know who's skates they are going to ruin next. Top level management I guess don't care as well. Scheduling of the rink surfaces is a joke top level mangers will change it with out regard to other managers. Getting "thrown under the bus" is common in this organization with out repercussions . Employees are only aware of top level managers when employees are in trouble. Good employees leave the organization because they know they are wasting their time with the stars.
