      Pros

      I worked at Damia Group as my first recruitment role. I was surrounded by great individuals of all different tenures and got to learn great practice from everyone surrounding me. Management is great and super supportive. I learnt a lot of great practice and made some friends for life all whilst developing a career for myself.

      First Impressions were good but it very quickly became apparent that the business is managed by a divided team.

      Flexible Working Salary/Benefits are ok Autonomy Some great colleagues

      Management Team is divided No Investment in new tools/CRM (not fot for purpose) Poor Communication Very old fashioned delivery model Lack of Learning & Development No knowledge sharing (Department Silos) No Exit Interview

      Great people - and very approachable. Good service to clients and delivery is top priority. Honest throughout and a lot of work through built relationships.

      Structure needs some - to allow progression - great step to get into recruitment
