Atrocious leadership. Decision to join Darcy was a career mistake that I could have avoided, but am better for it now.
There are ongoing unethical business practices, claim to be experts in various areas of the energy business yet have one guy that actually knows that they are talking about. The rest are fresh out of college grads that are very green. Through no fault of their own they're thrust into situations they shouldn't be.
Most damning statistic is that over three quarters of the hires the company made in the last two years across all levels (junior, mid career and execs) have left the company. These folks were immensely successful in their careers at every organization prior and since.
Compensation (direct & indirect) not matched by the sweatshop like attitude and toxicity in leadership.
