Hi, many thanks for taking time to write a review of your employment with Darwin Escapes - I'm sorry to hear it has not been a positive experience for you. I'm glad you could see the value in being able to use the parks across our brand for short stays and hope you'll continue to consider us for vacations in future. Your advice is insightful, and will certainly be taken under consideration as we don't want anyone in the business to feel like they are not valued. We welcome your comments and hope that they can help us improve our employee experience across all of our parks.

Abysmal Customer Service

Cons

I regret to say that my experience with Hoist - We are planet has been thoroughly disappointing, primarily due to their abysmal customer service. As someone who works in IT support for a large company, I understand the importance of timely assistance when technical issues arise. However, the level of support provided by Hoist - We are planet is simply unacceptable. Whenever there's an issue with an access point or any other technical problem, the waiting time for resolution is absurdly long. It's mind-boggling to think that regardless of the severity of the issue, the minimum waiting time is a staggering three days. This lack of urgency and responsiveness is utterly frustrating and has had severe consequences for our business. On numerous occasions, we've had guests staying at our caravans who have encountered connectivity issues or other technical glitches. Despite our best efforts to escalate the problems to Hoist - We are planet and seek prompt assistance, we've been met with nothing but delays and excuses. As a result, we've been forced to refund disappointed guests who didn't receive the services they were promised. The impact of Hoist - We are planet's incompetence on our business cannot be overstated. Not only have we incurred financial losses due to refunds, but our reputation has also been tarnished by the poor experience our guests have endured. It's incredibly frustrating to see a company prioritize profits over customer satisfaction and basic decency. In conclusion, I would strongly advise against engaging with Hoist - We are planet unless you're prepared to endure endless frustration and disappointment. Their negligent approach to customer service is a disservice to anyone who chooses to do business with them.
