Pros

The culture and people at Darwin are the best I've worked with in a corporate environment. It can get busy and challenging at times, but there is a good support network, that offers a fail friendly environment. I found good opportunities to travel.

Cons

I left due to being unable to permanently relocate outside of the UK. Pay could be a little better.
