      Pros

      If you value old school management style from the 1950's then this is the place for you!

      Cons

      Upper management cannot handle change and are inflexible. You are going to be working with a lot of people who have been with the company 40+ years which tells you that it attracts a very "stagnant" type of worker. Lots of older employees and not enough young blood coming into the company. The company has been losing tons of market share last few years because they're having so much trouble staying competitive. Upper management WILL stab you in the back so document everything that goes on in this place. And, don't expect to go anywhere with this company, VERY OLD SCHOOL.

      Pros

      The training from the contractors they partnered with was great. I learned a lot from having to do tasks not associated with my department due to workloads exceeding staff availability in other departments.

      Cons

      Dassault's maintenance department is largely influenced by outside sources, meaning customers and sales staff. Maintenance success is measured by quantity and speed instead of quality and reliability. This leads to an overworked staff from a need to meet unrealistic deadlines and make space in an over booked facility. Mistakes made as a result are not sufficiently investigated and frequently blamed on technicians "lack of caring" about their work. The motto here was literally "Whatever it Takes" which is the wrong attitude for aircraft maintenance.
