      The company is good to its employees. They are always checking if there is a problem or if some of the employees are having a hard time so that others will help the employees who don't know how to handle a hardship at work.

      Cons

      Datablitz accepts employees who did not graduate in business education as long as they can perform their job duties.

      Not a good company for fresh (college) graduates. But good for High School diploma holders.

      Pros

      First hand information on upcoming games and consoles to be released. Good people. Working for their store is better than in the Head Office as told by my colleagues.

      Cons

      No training offered especially for neophytes or fresh graduates to fulfill the role of a Customer Service Representative especially that they have a lot of irate customers (aka the rich and non-understanding types). Also, 6 days of work per week and 1 day off. Abusive right?
