      Great benefits, poor leadership.

      Pros

      Benefits and bonus structure exceed expectations. Human Resources and support staff from JMfamily, their parent company are great, no direct supervision.

      Cons

      Upper management is out of touch with what goes on in the field, regional managers micromanage field employees, to a point that job assignments don’t make sense. Long commutes to work sites, that aren’t necessary Uneven rule enforcement between field employees, they concentrate on hr issues, and not on actual risk to client issues.

      Pros

      you get a fleet car.

      Cons

      Well, you get bottom feeder pay,they now spy on you full time. You are tracked daily,hourly, we have no leadership anymore. The company that used to value the employee had not turned to value in tech. Since they merged with Field Logic, the employees are nothing but watched robots with no voice anymore. This company used to be great, but now, they are no better than any other "Fortune 500". Nothing special anymore.

      Company car is only perk worth mentioning

      Cons

      Management at corporate in Alpharetta Georgia is top heavy and clueless, typical old boy network. Parent company JM Family just sold it to equity firm, and hopefully every one of the senior managers get fired.
